The work carried out in the recent months by all the partners involved in the European project “Ctrl+Alt+Enterprise”, aimed at the self-entrepreneurship of disabled, disadvantaged and vulnerable people, is proving to be extremely valuable. During the 5th transnational meeting – which took place on the 21st and 22nd of September in Thessaloniki (Greece) at Anatoliki SA – the starting up of two new companies was announced: the first one in Greece will have the entrepreneurial form of social cooperative, the second one will be located in Friuli Venezia Giulia. For these two new realities, the process of accompaniment and tutoring will be crucial.
The last training workshop of the “Ctrl+Alt+Enterprise” project (hereafter Enterprise) took place in Ljubljana from the 3rd to the 7th of April and gave primary attention to the definition of an accompanying system for supporting vulnerable persons in developing their self-entrepreneurship ideas. Indeed, main objective of the workshop was the enhancement of VET and local public services working for employment and social inclusion, which will be able to plan and manage training programmes to start a self-enterprise – related to O3 “individualized training programmes to start a self-enterprise” and 04 “facilitation and support model for business start up”.
Attention to the accompaniment of vulnerable people and step by step support in the definition of entrepreneurial ideas: this is what emerged on the 2nd and 3rd of March in Ljubljana during the fourth transnational meeting of Ctrl+Alt+Enterprise.
During the meeting in the Slovenian capital, the partners shared the development of tools for the start of experimentation activities, models for evaluating the competences of candidates and business ideas, as well as schemes for the creation of a network involving public actors, the private sector and institutions. One of the main added value that emerged is the contamination of working styles among the partners; aspect that will be further investigated during the training event scheduled in Ljubljana from the 3rd to 7th of April.
The objective of the training workshop organized in Lubiana was to increase the chances of success of the entrepreneurial ideas and self-employment opportunities for disadvantaged people related to O1 – assessment model aiming at identifying potential entrepreneurs – and O2 – assessment and development model of the entrepreneurial idea.
The first day mainly focused on the presentation of visions, policies and instruments implemented in supporting self-employment, social innovation and financial instruments in order to tackle the difficulties in job placement for disadvantaged groups.
The third transnational meeting of Ctrl+Alt+Enterprise was hosted in Slovenia on the 13th and 14th of October 2016.
