CTRL+ALT+ENTERPRISE, European Projects

13 June 2018 – Pordenone

Supporting self-employment and entrepreneurship for disadvantaged people when local public and private bodies act in close cooperation proved to be possible. This was the focus of the Final Info Day of the Ctrl+Alt+Enterprise that took place at the Council Chamber of the former Province of Pordenone in Largo San Giorgio 12, at 9am.

The meeting entitled “Self-employment and micro-enterprise for the social inclusion of vulnerable people: a possible challenge” and moderated by Chiara Cristini from IRES FVG, ended three intense years of project work. Main speakers were Carlo Francescutti (AAS 5), Alessandro Russo (Ires Fvg), Massimo Moretuzzo (Medio Friuli Solidarity Economy District), Mara Favero (Mag Venice), Rosa Lovati (Municipality of Verona), as well as members of the project staff. In the afternoon, the beneficiaries that started a business thanks to the project had the possibility to present their activities and share their experiences. The event ended with the closing speech from Roberto Orlich, health and social coordinator of Azienda Sanitaria n.5 Despite the existence of different points of view and situations at the beginning of the project, in the end all the partners shared the common belief that the accompaniment to self-entrepreneurship is an important tool for the relaunch, emancipation and autonomy of the disadvantaged person.
